Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. With a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, you will have the opportunity to work 32-40 hours weekly, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, aid customers during their shopping experience, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting store inventory counts and adhering to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous service, follow instructions, and work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, along with retail experience.
