Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Help with inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well independently and in a team setting
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task effectively

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
