Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
