Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts, ensure cash policy adherence, and follow company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
