Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness within the store.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain visual displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
