Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
