Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
