Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, follow instructions, and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
