Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
