Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision and care.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
