Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience a plus
