Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your exceptional customer service skills and collaborative approach will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
