Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers during their shopping experience
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management processes
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Capable of working with cleaning equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
