Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages based on state and local requirements.
