Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies
• Follow cash handling policies and adhere to company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment responsibly

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of understanding and applying company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
