Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment
• Offer feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in retail environments is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
