Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to the management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures diligently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales, if applicable.
