Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
