Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's impeccable appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with your team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues for improvement.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company procedures to safeguard documents and data.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
