Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
