Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping visits.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy, adhering to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to prioritize customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Proficient in using store equipment and following company policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
