Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory levels and report any issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
