Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are stocked diligently. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products to maintain store appearance.
• Operating the cash register and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively.
• Assisting in inventory management and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
