Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in product availability.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
