Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
