Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Stock product, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
