Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of general cleaning duties and following company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
