Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet state and local requirements concerning alcoholic beverages.
