Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely using equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
