Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and uphold document security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
