Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with stocking merchandise. By collaborating with your team members and following company guidelines, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
