Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle customer transactions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
