Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and demonstrating a customer-first approach.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately while following company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, including cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
