Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, merchandise displays, and general cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
