Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow established company policies while safeguarding document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
