Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to uphold security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
