Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
