Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, comply with company procedures, and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties, interpret company policies, and communicate effectively.
• Work independently and in a team, stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
