Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers courteously and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and stay organized.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
