Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies, handle inventory, and ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
