Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure a neat and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
