Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies and standards
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
