Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking product, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
