Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the Aldi team and providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
