Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
