Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
