Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate professionalism and ALDI's core competencies.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
