Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and demonstrate our core competencies to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: Starting at $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Support inventory management and adhere to store policies and procedures
• Execute general cleaning duties as required
• Handle cash transactions and maintain cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
