Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Skilled in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
