Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred and retail experience is a plus.
